This magnificent villa, is one of the few villas in Nerja situated at sea level, with a beautiful beach just 150 metres away. Even more to the point, there are several excellent restaurants close by on the beach! The town centre is only a 20 minute walk away, or you can catch the local bus, which stops nearby every half hour, so a car is not essential. We have a private pool, sun available all day from our various terraces . In the villa, you will enjoy with the fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. We can accommodate until 6 people. Fully fitted kitchen.

Notes on prices: Discounts for 3+ week bookings in Winter.
Changeover day: Change over day is flexible. Arrival after 15:00. Departure 9:30am, though this is flexible dependent on occupancy requirements on the departure day. In July and August the Change over day is to Saturday.
Booking notes: 20% in reserve. 20% a month before his arrival. Remaining 60% before entering. 30% deposit returned at the end.
